I think this is very well written with tons of research and different vantage points. Since you asked for my feedback, my only suggestion (from limited experience) is to open with some sort of emotional grabber. Something like: “You want nothing more than to pursue your business dreams, but you’re stuck in a day job to pay the bills. Unsure of when or how you should quit and afraid to lose the family home in the process, the stakes are high.”
